Who is the go-to person at PCGS for a customer service issue?

I know, I promised I would never submit again.

I think that my account is cursed or something. Rather than boring everyone with the details, is there an ombudsman or customer service czar at PCGS who can handle their foul ups in an expeditious fashion?

I usually just call Longacre, and he handles it for us (but never, ever call him during lunch).
