I've never heard of them much less used them. What are they??
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Never heard of them before, but look interesting.
  • The coin shop I visit on occasion uses them for everything. I like them.

Since they are square there's a place for a label. The coin shop (Monarch in Salt Lake) would have a label with the date, grade and price. They are a pretty thin plastic (I assume no PVC) and the two pieces 'snap' into place to hold the coin securely. Sometimes they're a little tricky to get apart but not often.

If I didn't use my Dansco 7070 to store my raw coins I would use these. That reminds me I do have a few odds and ends that I should get some of these holders.

  • I was just wondering what other collectors thought. I think the coinedge holders are the best on the market. They are made of mylar, airtight and will fit into a 2x2 box. I also discovered that fit perfectly in an eagle coin holder 2x2 page. I have been making my own albums with the coinedge holders and eagle pages. The coins don't become buried in the page and no slide marks.
