certainly conditionally rare, its a pcgs xf 45 ...pop 7/8

This is true on alot of early U.S. coinage.
When most found are of lesser grade, but still an R-2 coin. (500 - 1000 pieces)
In EF or better PCGS lists pops 7/8 and NGC lists pops 8/6. Those figures maybe duped from crossovers.
