What's this on my Morgan ?

Looks like she's got herself a deer tick on her forehead. Serves me right for buying off ebay based on a thumbnail pic. Its in an NGC m64 so the rest of the coin looks nice. Any ideas on what this is or if that coin restoration service can fix it ? I must say I have very little invested in this coin, < $ 50 so should I just replace it ?

That's most likely a spit/ debris mark. It probably came to be after somebody spat their saliva mixed with food debris onto the surface of the coin. Sometimes a spot like that can be removed, but not always.

Looks like the grader was eating a hershey's bar and left a choclate finger print on the coin. You can see the rest of the finger print down near the nose.
