I sell thousands of blue boxes on ebay and I've never caught one of my buyers selling them this way or never noticed that one of my buyers is a crap slab seller. But once I suspected it. The guy never started these auctions though.
I don't think keyword spamming with PCGS is very profitable so it isn't a rule that people are rushing to get around.
