Mis-labeled and mechanical errors in Registry sets

Another thread on here showing a mis-labeled coin got me to thinking...
How many other coins in the Registry sets are mis-labeled?
And do the owners know it, but just keep the coin as is so they can get the Registry points?

PS I am not talking about ms vs pr when it is a judgement call, only clearly mis-labeled coins.

<< <i>I remember seeing a 1921 Morgan with a 1921 Peace dollar label error on ebay many years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if it's in someone's Registry set, but it's not something I lose sleep over. >>
I do not think I would lose sleep over any errors in the Registry. No doubt there are some.
And we try to fix what we can, but there is no way to fix most of them without buying the coin and sending it in yourself to be corrected.
A number of years ago we had a chance to buy a Myddelton Copper Company of Upper Canada token in PF66 ex-James Watt. But it was labeled as a Myddelton Token, Copper (a different coin with a different PCGS #).
We did not buy that coin, that error was never corrected, and to this day that coin is listed in the pop report as the single highest graded Myddelton Token, Copper, POP 1/0.
PS, in case you can't tell I'm a bit skeptical of the quality of many sets listed.
