Is the cloudiness on the lower part of the dress on the coin or in the plastic? I like the toning, but not a fan of the cloudiness.

Nice grab Scavenger. Being a collector of this category myselk, I realize how difficult it is to find an MS62 that PCGS will not BB. I have one question though. Are all the lava flows visible on the volcano? Since the hair detail and left forearm are well defined, I would expect them to be, but I couldn't see them in the picture.

Attractive peripheral toning and relatively clean fields. The cloudy spots may be from an old dip and what kept it from a 63 (eye appeal). A semi-key date in a short series. Nice addition!

IloiloKano, Yes they are there. I've been collecting these U.S. / Philippine peso's for years and you're the only person that I've ever heard mention the lava flows.
