It depends on what service levels the item was submitted at. PSA/DNA offers a sticker option for items as well. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of them either.

i did get the uogi sgc 3,its only got a crease in bottom left corner and corner wear , gonna bust it and send it to yogi soon-soon as somebody send s me 50$ to pay for the auto buy something quick lol

yogi is now cracked out of scg slab with 50$ and on the way to jellystone park where yogi the bear lives in his cave with boo-boo signing cards for 50$ i told him to be nice to it ,hope he is gulp

That's just ridiculous. I didn't know McCovey was that much. I know Willie is reputed to be a real pain. Rube, what's the total number of alive guys from the 52 set, did you figure it out?
Some baseball players are so stupid about this stuff. I just put together a basketball of the whole starting 5 (4 of 5 are HOFers) from the 57 Celtics and only Cousy required a $35 donation to Boys and Girls Clubs. The rest I made $20 donations to because I thought it was the right thing to do. Does this $200 each for Mays and McCovey at least go to charity?
Look at John's (AmahnFan) football HOF RC collection. I think he got mostr of those for FREE. I know Mays is one of the top 10 players of all time, but that doesn't mean you need to be completely unreasonable.

i wouldn't wait too long on mays if you can, his eye sight is getting worse all the time and he my just stop signing. i know 2 year ago at cooperstown he was about $230 ( but a decent 52 signed must be worth a lot more) or so and they siad he could hardly see what he was signing, a beautiful auto but i think iot may start getting hard for him

i saw on sportscollectors.net that he dont sign stuff peole send in anymore, maybe thats why fed , i wondered ,that would make sense if he cant see so good anymore , he does 8x10's, if im paying 200$ , i want it on a 52 topps, a hof year, his fingerprint on the back lol- that alot of $ for somebodys auto, i want a beer and dinner too
Yeah it looks to me like he has some issues with signing over his own image. Looks to me like he always tries to avoid this and sign on a blank spot on the card. With a mug like his he should use a sharpie and sign his name as big as he can across his face.
Randy, do you leave your mailman like $100 each Christmas to thank him for delivering like 600 autograph envelopes and card packages to you a year?! LOL. When I was getting 4-5 autographed golf balls back per day a couple years ago I always felt really bad for the mailman.
