This is the best advice that I received (from the same poster, I might add) early on when submitting half dimes to PCGS.
I would also add that PCGS is consistently 1 to 2 grades tougher on capped bust half dimes than NGC, and far more likely to reject toned coins as "altered surfaces" or "questionable color" in the series that I collect.
