The high bid on CCE for PCGS graded coins is $3500. There are no current bids for NGC coins.
My experience is that PCGS graded coins that are untoned can be had for about $3500 - $4000. Toned coins are almost always worth substantially less. Blast white NGC graded examples are worth in the $2200 - $2600 range. Toned examples can sometimes be found for less than $1800.

Interesting WTCG.... now if only .... naaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, but maybe - soon, Cheers, RickO >>
There is a difference between the very few coins that have appealing, irresistible "monster" toning and the standard, sort-of-but-not-overly-attractive toning that the vast majority of toned coins bear. Ask any of the three largest wholesale buyers of silver dollars and almost always will you be offered lower buy price on your toned coins.

I've had five MS68 Morgans.....and let me assure you they are all NOT created equal. Two were real dogs...with spots and planchet nicks in the wrong spot (cheek).
The only one I've kept is this 1881 S this is the ex-Jackson Hole collection coin.
!Don't buy one without a return policy! You may NOT like it once you take a good close look at it.

68's- More than I can afford.
69's- Probably more than my entire collection.

PCGS's in the $4k-$9k range. They bounce around too much to get a good grip on.
<< <i>68s should run about 5k. I think the last 69 fetched 80.5k. >>
But the 69 also was a PL

That one was for sale awhile back and was discussed here as well.
