Coin A looks tarnished badly, rather than nicely toned.
A looks a little too spotty to me and for some reason the color looks messed with. If that is the way it looks in hand though, it is sort of cool.
I would also guess B is better looking in hand since it looks like sort of a bad picture.

I like B based only on these pics but if the lighting were better on A then it looks like it could still have a bit of luster where B totally mutes the picture so even if there is luster we can't tell.
