Very Nice. I think picture taking is a harder art then coin grading.

I like the Belgian one the best.

Well, of all the more "modern" ones, anyway.

I haven't seen much Belgian gold.

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! damn nice....thanks for sharing.

Historically speaking I like the Napoleon.......and the Prussian...

The Belgian is super...nice detail in the awards and uniform on King Albert..........and the Rooster is grand....and everyone love a Pontiff........and the 1959 Mexican is my birthyear (thanks for the giveaway!).........heck...I like them all.....great collection...the colors are gorgeous.

not a bash....promise....but the modern gold Panda almost looks out of place with all that beautiful classic style gold....

Would like to consider starting a world gold collection...but I never get to shows.....so I could not hand pick them.........and would never buy raw gold online.

    Again...thanks for sharing....

Nice collection. Gold is Good, particularly now. I have been putting World Gold away since the 80's. Really need to reshoot the photos, they were taken before I knew which end of the camera the flash was sided.

Lovely collection. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I keep meaning to take better pictures of my world gold coins, I'll up load them one day once I have. Its a bit of a hassle as I'll have to go to the bank and get them out, but first I want to buy a better camera and some kind of lighting set up. I think I've got around 40 of them now.

  • As a die hard panda enthusiast, I have to concur with Rah that the modern coin looks quite out of place. Perhaps you could now work on a modern world gold bullion collection to supplement the classics Adam? A panda, an eagle, a philharmonic, a mapleleaf, a buffalo, a krugerrand, an Australian nugget, and others I am forgetting. Here is some work the OP did for my photos of my gold panda 1/10th oz complete date set for those of you who have not seen it.
