What's the scoop on Front and Back of Slab on eBay?

I was perusing some cents and ran across this ad. Where's the front and back of the slab? Is that no longer required or do they make exceptions for certain sellers? Or do the "Live" auctions operate under different rules. (Obviously not my coin and what I would consider a reputable vendor.)

Ah! Thanks for the quick response. I thought maybe they changed the rules without telling me. (They are always doing that.)

I think they announced they would be stopping them this year.

Not sure why someone would pay an extra 5% to bid through e-bay when they can go directly to the source and bid.
