    The last couple years have had a very Americana like set. Last year I pulled a George Bush Sr. insert from 2007 Topps Football.
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

    Its funny I thought the same thing right after seeing that patch!!
    I am on a budget and I am not afraid to use it!!

    I think it's reprehensible for the card companies to pander to our patriotic pride to sell "sports" cards.

    That's a cool patch Zep.

    Ya know, I was in Vietnam and Desert Storm - the amount of patches from those two wars alone could fill an entire wall!

    I even had a patch homemade for a friend while I was in Vietnam.

    You know...when football season rolls around, I feel nostalgic for those 1990 Pro Set Santa Claus cards.

    I'm surprised Upper Deck hasn't bought Santa's outfit and whacked it into 16,000 little pieces.
