I don’t think it was a shill bidder. I have been the underbidder to “g0lden.g00se” on several occasions to different sellers, generally for gold coins. If “g0lden.g00se” wants a coin, he/she usually gets it at any price.

They already did but FAR below market value (at the time). Last 63RD at Heritage before mine went for near 6k or so.
Let's just say that I was made to feel like I was taking PCGS's first born in getting that check and the REAL market value of what a properly graded 63RD did not come into play AT ALL.

Still in the ARMY SNMAN? Worked with troops in the 1st Armor in Desert Storm. Had friends that were stationed in Wiesbaden, tankers.
