This not a New Oleans mint coin. However, this coin was on the second story of a house in Meraux Louisiana when Katrina hit. It went under water for days. The box and COA were lost. Not my coin. Belongs to a man that used to work for me. He moved away after Katrina.

This hurricane will come in to land at a relatively meager cat 3. Sorry - no coin. >>

Cat 3.....hope you are correct!! >>
Looks like Cat 2 (good day to have sold oil futures; could spark a stock market rally when the big boys come back tomorrow - who knows)
Yes on the Beav - our dog Wally ended up with that name partly because of my love for the show; I'm often cajoling him to get a move-on from his sniffiness - "HEY WALLY", let's go!

It was either a Blank Planchet or something struck multiple times.

NHSBaseball, thanks for the nice comment on my Quarter Eagle. This one is larger, but not quite as nice.
