Is the Lincoln Memorial Cent REALLY Going to Go Out-of Circulation after 2009?

My Dansco update page has it going past 2009 so it can't be going out of circulationimage.

Has congress enacted a law that states the Memorial Cent will be discontinued and replaced with a new design for 2010 and after?

Can we factually say that 2008 is the last year for the Lincoln Memorial design?

Also, if this is the case, how long will it take for Memorials to become obsolete in circulation (much like the wheaties are today)? 30 years?

According to the US Mint website, 2008 will be the last year for the memorial cent... 2009 will have four different designs and starting in 2010 there will be a reverse design (yet to be chosen) representing a Lincoln achievement. Cheers, RickO

So Lincoln will still be on the obverse in 2010? Jeez, can't we give the old man a rest? 100+ years is plenty.

he'll probably get another facelift and some new spaghetti-hair implants, though.
