1st Large purchase

Im about to complete my 1st large purchase for about $1,200. for (2) 1910 pesos, (3) 1911 pesos, (2) 1913 pesos and 1921 peso. I feel real scare to shell out that much but I know the coins will be a great investment as they are worth more now than I paying and will probably be later.

Anyone else ever had that issue.

I have not personally ever paid that much.

That does NOT mean I would not.........just can not.

    Good luck on your purchase

Yea I really cant pay that much either but I pretty much feel this is one of those one time investment chances.

I'm having to sell my canadian and USA silver extras...

I think the most I ever paid before this was under $200. lol

I don't buy for investment. Maybe I should but I do not.

I buy what grabs to me is all.

I have very much, too much, invested in coins................by my level of costs. But they are mine and I like 'em

Yea i say for investment now but it would take god and country to make me sell em later. Pisses my wife off fierce when I told her i bough something at a deal I could sell later because I never re-sell. lol

I guess I am not really into investment. Not for coins I like.

I have bought a few, very few, for resale.............I didn't do so good......but they were not coins for me.

I actually dont feel too bad. As i have seen in various posts people paying 2-5 thousand for one coin.

I wish the Army paid me that kind of money. lol

    Chris;

I totaly understand how you feel image When I "pulled the trigger" on THIS coin it will be my most expensive addition to the collection...

But sometimes you gotta {fork it over} if you ever want to _complete a type set...
I HATE looking at empty holes in my Danscos !!!

An Investment ?¿ don't really care.... I buy because I WANT !!! ha

The most money I have ever spent on a single coin deal was $4530 for the lot below. To be fair, the coins were purchased with the intent of flipping 4 of them and keeping 1 for my collection, so that took alot of the "anxiety" out of the equation. I did very, VERY well on the deal.image
