Found another old button, or at least I think its a button and a 1919 wheatie

Got chance to hunt the dirt pile some more the other nite at my brothers house (his victorian home is getting an addition) and found what I believe to be is another old button and a 1919 wheatie which looks to have been in the ground a very long time:
The back of what I am calling a button has a funny shank, maybe a rivet type? Looks to be enameled over brass/copper. Couldn't find anything on this button, but the anchor and heart was mentioned a few times as being a common Victorian theme around the web. Still waiting for more backfilling to be done so I can continue to search the rest of the dirt pile.
