All 3 are top pops and the 64D is the only DDR graded with the FB designation. There
isn't even a line item for the coin in the pop report.

Of course, you know I'm jealous!!! Those are some great scores! An MS66 1959-D/inverted-D is a real big deal.
I would think that over time a nice set of FB's would be possible...maybe
BTW, I just picked up a nice 1968 DDO (FS-10-1968-101) in a MS64. I know the grade is low, but it is what I need for now.
Congrats Nick!

I have about 8 clad varietys to send in.
But after the big TT auction, I need to save up for the submission.
The TT auctions of late, have cleaned me out for a spell...
and they're cold.

If I had it my way, stupidity would be painful!
The 64D DDO has been around awhile. The question is what is the coin worth?.
The PCGS price guide list an FS-801 64D DDO MS65 at $200. This is the most
common of the 3 varities, yet the last sale on the Heritage site shows a 64D
DDO MS65 hammered at $2500. The blow up reverse pic shows the coin to be
an FS-801. I believe the PCGS price guide has to be off on this one since we
have 2 recent recorded sales at Heritage.... So whats this coin worth as top
pop and the only full band DDR graded.
Your question comes in to view as being very difficult to answer.
I have a 1963 DDR PR66CAM-POP1/2.
The PCGS price guide shows it at $1500. Now if I send it in and get a Variety
put on the label and it comes back a FS-801 the price will automatically drop to
around $300 and the POP will be 2/6.
I have seen the coins on Heritage and
they are going off Generic with no variety attached.
Its tough to make a call being that it is one of the three more common.
If you need better assistance on some pricing, Shoot me a pm.
We will talk Full Bands and non-bands.

I don't think that Heritage auctions play a big part in price guide determination.
The name is LEE!
All the auctions including Teletrade play a huge part in the PCGS price guide determinations.
PCGS gets their info from dealers reporting sales and auction prices realized.
E-Bay auctions also do not play.
Heritage and TT and other publsihed auction house do play.
If you send Jamie an e-mail with a link to an auction he just might change the price for you.
My guess is that he is not aware of the auctions results.
Hard to stay on top of tens of thousands of coins + varieties.

I agree... starting to make me sick thinking about what I thrown away
