the one is a 71 dell stamp I believe (the yellow backed clemente)

the mays and the other clemente are thick cardboard.. like a 52 bowman or something...
what are these?

Here's my wild-arse-guess . . . that is, indeed, a 1971 Dell Willie Mays stamp front. I'm betting it is glued to a piece of cardboard, to which a non-original back was also glued; maybe something cut from another source or computer generated. Take a loupe to the perfs on the front and see if the cardboard backing itself is actually perf'd or just the paper stamp part.
