I think even more criminal is that the jeans RETAIL for $440!!! No freakin' wonder people are having issues...(quick...economic RANT OFF, dangit! RANT OFF *whew*)
Oh, and just to continue mercilessly beating a dead horse (the jeans, not the guy): I love the original jean's seller's comments on an auction-style sale: "These will sell fast!"
If you're really being sued for $100k and owe the IRS the same, you must have done some really awful stuff. Should have thought about your family before you cheated on your taxes & got sued.
This statement in the listing "So the price of the quarter was set high not because I believed I would get it but I thought maybe somebody would make an offer." and the fact that there is no "Make an Offer" button makes me think this guy is full of baloney!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
Maybe Warren Buffet is getting old, but not that old, the seller can't really be looking for a big hit. He is fishing for a bunch of small donations off a school of guppies.
By the way Phil, you missed his purchase earlier in the month $60 for a cigar lighter. Maybe he needed this for an insurance claim to get started?

And the $195 golf club as noted in the post above yours! I dont believe in a "hell", but this guy could qualify as its first resident as far as im concerned.

Maybe its a lack of financial priorities such as this that have put him in his current position.

Wow, 90 bucks for those jeans? That is a bigger crime, imo, than his listing.

Gotta love Ebay-hype...

Worth $1.00 to the right person.
But I can't help but wonder why he wants a million for it when he says he's only $200,000 in debt? Did I miss something?
His sign would be, "Will tell sob story for 1 million (of course the obligatory "god bless")".
<< <i>i wonder if shipping is included for the $1M >>
Shipping is only .01!
