    Makes you wonder why he didn't send them all in for the upgrade, himself ....

    I just asked him if he would guarantee a bump to a PSA 10, being PSA doesn't have any 9.5's.image

    I might be wrong but I think I remember people reporting major hassles with Block Sportscards, I remember he had a websight and absolutley never returned emails or phone calls.

    His reply:

    Of course not. Thats a joke. Nobody would guarantee anything of the kind. I've seen 10's and this one is better or equal, is what I will tell you. Look for yourself, the scan is large enough.

    how would a card be "better" than a 10?
