What is the difference between 1969 and 1972 Milton Bradley Cards?

Are both of these 1969? Beckett lists a 1969 and a 1972 for Jim Hunter and I thought I had one of each since they had different numbers on back. Any help on this is appreciated.

    look at the 1's on the back - a certain year has the bottom of the one underline (base) and the other no line or base...

    I think the card on the left should be a 1972...
