Picked these up two weeks ago, This is a coin I wish the US had minted in the 1800's!

There's also a 5 oz gold proof and a 1 oz gold unc. Are there any more?

The 5 oz gold is the closest to how big a real one would have been.

It was never actually a "proposed design." It was one of many conceptual sketches prepared by Morgan and William Barber. Most or the sketches are lost. Morgan did little or nothing on this in1876. He didn't come to the USA until October and spent nearly all his time on the reverse of his Liberty portrait (later used on the standard silver dollar in 1878).

I hope to get the 5 OZ some day, I think thats it just the three type's.
