1913-d type 1 Buffalo Doubled die???

I think this is machine doubled but it is pretty cool to me. Is this common for the date??

  • Yes, I agree with your assessment that this is an example of machine doubling. And I agree that this is very cool. Look at the doubling on the first feather and on the chin...very cool, indeed.

  • Nice spread on that coin.

    Even thought its machine/strike doubling, when its this extreme I think they are almost as cool as a true double die.
