Puddy, the same can be said about a few people in there. It seems that between Spring of 76 (Topps shots) and Spring of 77 (OPC shots) the players went Disco. Long hair and 'staches for many of them. Too funny.

I'm glad this thread was started. This is one of the three sets I collect - I'm a big fan! That being said - I need a high grade George Brett if anyone has a raw or graded version they'd be interested in parting with - please PM me with details.

    David...
I have a bunch more 77 OPC due back from PSA.
All fresh from my box break. Hope to hit atleast a couple 10's- if not a few (is that being greedy?)

    Yes,

    It's being very greedyimage
If you have a super nice 77 star, it will come back EOT, MSR, or a 9. If you have a nice common it has a shot at 10.

Just my experience with 77's and what I've seen and heard from others.
Good luck with the sub. Hope you get a handful of 10's.

Got it in a pack from BBCE, I've ripped 20-25 packs over the last couple months. Some packs are a total waste others you may get 2 gradeable cards. Been looking for an unopened box, but haven't had any luck.

I'm gonna send a few (a mix to get a feel for the way PSA grades these dudes). For my personal collection I need nothing better than 8's, so if I get some 9's or 10's I'll let ya know. The cards I picked should all be 8's and above. And my wax didn't make it yet, it should be here Monday, so hopefully I can add a few to the sub. Gotta love the bad centering and rough cut.

Ordered more wax today (I think BBCE is about out) and won a most likely resealed pack on the bay a few days ago. Hopefully I'll have some scanables soon. I checked with Steve at BBCE a few weeks ago and asked him how many 77 packs he had left, he said 25 and I've ordered 15 since, so if you want any, you may want to order soon before I rip again, or I'm claiming the rest. In other words, someone buy him out and save me from myself.

Everytime I order wax, I set one aside to save for my pack collection. I have exactly ZERO unopened in my possesion. I am so weak it defies description.
