Quick question on the '08 Silver pandas

I'm seeing many on ebay in ngc ms69 selling for about $35 + $5 or so shipped. Good price or wait? Are they available in proof? Any opinion on ebay seller: paradisemint?
I like the desgn for '08, and was even thinking of trying to fill in a set from 2000 on. I have the 2000 panda, but I don't remember what I paid for it in 2000.

paradise mint are decent sellers. I used to buy graded bullion from them with no problems. Personally I would just get raw ones, they're cheaper and just as nice.
Raw 2008 pandas are selling in the $25 to $30 plus shipping price range. PCGS MS69 pandas are around $15 more. PCGS MS 70 coins sell for around $175.
The PCGS pandas in MS69 from 2000 through 2007 can be obtained for around $50. There are quite a few of these available raw which is keeping the MS69 price capped. Very few PCGS MS70 panda coins exist prior to 2008 thus far. Lots of NGC MS70 pandas which will not cross to PCGS in my opinion.
The early PCGS MS69 pandas when available, sell in the $150 to $200 range. Examine them closely as I have seen some which no longer are technically MS69.

The China Panda coins are PL (proof like). There are no proof issues of the 2008 China Panda that I know of.
I bought a couple of ms69's (probably ms68's being in a ngc holders?) direct from paradise mint - cheaper than ebay, so for a couple extra bucks I get them in a holder with free shipping.
I love the new panda design!

Chances are high that your NGC MS69s will cross to PCGS as MS69s. It's the 70s that very rarely cross.
