NGC MS64.
Splendid color, wonderful original skin, and marvelous prooflike surfaces. Major eye candy!

Nice coin...I like the subtle toning and the overall look. But the central obverse seems weakly struck. How is it in hand?
Edited to add: And is a weak strike typical on these?

Nice coin, a better date in the series as well. Pretty wild die polishing around the head of Liberty...

Tantalizing? I think for that coin to be "Tantalizing" it's going to need some serious photoshop work.
Very nice example!

The obverse die polishing marks add character to an already neat coin. Thanks for sharing, Russ.

Very cool die polishing lines.
They usually aren't that strong and noticeable.

I agree with doh....I thought proof myself. Just look at the field on that reverse. That coin is just scrumptuous!

Nice coin and it helps that it is missing that tacky "S" on the reverse.

Nobody else thinks the central obverse seems weakly struck?
