Newb w/ error questions

Hey all,
I'm just getting into this hobby and I recently purchased a collection from someone who inheirted it from his grandfather and didn't know anythign about coins. I have some questions on error coins, this collection has a whole box full of labeled error coins and I'd like to get some comments from you more experienced folks. (Sorry for the poor quality pics, does anybody know how you get those extreme close-up shots on mint marks, errors, etc??) (I tried to create clickable thumbnails...but I guess it doesn't work on this forum? If somebody knows how can you please let me know?)
Question 1: I saw this 3 legged buffallo (37D) and I'm not sure if it's real or not (and even it if it is real, is it worth anything with the "B" carved into it?)

Buff thumbnail (rev):

Question 2: There are about 3 or 4 1955D Lincoln cents labeled as DD but I only see signs of doubling on "LIBI". Are these worth as much as the redbook states, or are those only for date doubling? Where can I find good values for "minor" doubling errors (as this collection probably has like 50 or more). I really wanted to know these types of things before I spend $45 sending them into PCGS to get verified.
1955D thumb:

Question 3: There are several modern dimes in great condition that he has marked with "HBV" and it looks like there are several pockmarks on the obverse Roosevelt face, does anybody know what this is? Mint error?
Question 4: How hard is it to achieve a PCGS rating of PR70? I have a beautiful 1980S penny in DC frosty that looks perfect to me, but I've never seen at PCGS PR70, and it's not worth much unless it is rated as such.
Thanks all for your input and I look forward to your responses!

Secondly, I can't quite tell if your 37-D Buffalo is an original 3 Legger or not.
The counterstamps (B and 7) for this coin, both obverse and reverse, will affect the value of the coin and likely make it worth less.
Your 1955-D Wheaties are not worth anything special.
These are referred to as BIE cents because of the hunk of metal between the B and E in LIBERTY makes it look like there is an "I" there.
I might be wrong in shooting down your DD designation, but this is what I can see from the image.
I can't help you with the last two, but I would stay away from submitting the 1980 Cent, despite your notion that it looks "perfect".
What would "justify" an actual "DD" designation on a coin?

Here is what dbbl die looks like
A genuine 1937-D 3-Leg has a series of raised bumps in the field below the buffalo's belly to the ground, making it look like it's taking a leak. I don't see that on your coin. On the other hand, E PLURIBUS UNUM should be away from the back of the buffalo, which is how it appears on your coin...the small feather on the obverse should be detached, which it is... if your coin has the bumps in the field, it may be real.
Edited to correct a mistake in the diagnostics...

Could you please explain this to me please?
So if I understand correctly...the more pronounced an error...the more valuable it is? So how much would a small error raise the book value of a coin? Is there a seperate price list for error coins, or something similar?
Here is a pic of the 1980s penny (these pics aren't that good... and I'm 98% sure that all of the small things you see in the pic are from the holder, not the coin):
and the obverse:
Here is a pic of one of the dimes marked "HBV", I don't see anything special about it and the book value is not high?
Thanks to all of you who have welcomed me already! I have already learned a lot from the forums and I will hopefully be able to give other people advice some time soon!
