303 feedback with one neg how does that make 98.9%, ebays up to what

My feedback for a year is 107 with one neg. How does that come out to 98.9 % ?
Has anyone else feedback gone down?
Can anyone tell me how their working this out.

Ditto... I really don't care much for ebay and any chance I get to negotiate a sale off of ebay I do it!

that % works out for 98 of 99 positives - have you received 8 new positives in the last 24-48 hours that probably haven't calculated into the percentage yet? Last I knew it takes a day or two to update the % part.

^^^^^^^^^^What he said. Mine also went down because they now count the neutrals the same as a negitive. They do this so they don't have to pay out on seller discounts as there are far fewer of them when it is figured out this way. They also want people to ship for free so they will not lose out on fees, thus the 5 star ranking for the shipping cost.

eBay will only compute your last 12 month history .. anything prior to that is no longer counted for FB %
