Would you say this is dipped?

I'm thinking this one's been soaked, but I'm not certain. Your thoughts??

    Probably rubbed but I don't think dipped. Too much black crud in the protected areas. Dipping gets that stuff too.

    looks like it has been wiped hard (cleaned) and the picture taken at an angle with high intensity lighting does it no favors either. I'll bet it is a bit darker than that washed out pic in hand, but it is still a damaged coin IMHO.

    Unfortunately I agree - It is the key to the series though - only 150,000 minted.....
