other bottles dug from yesterday and today

ok so they're not colonial, but it was still fun to dig them. the area dates to 1866, so i was hoping for something a little older.

    Those are nice bottles Demo!
I've been finding alot of bottles this year also. Found an old embossed orange crush bottle about a month ago.
Sold it on ebay for $27. Thats been the most valued find of the year for me. I dont want to start collecting
bottles, but when you find a nice one, its hard to just throw it away.

Nice bottles indeed.... I have said that there is a large collector market for these. When I retire, I know of several areas that are rich in old bottles.. and I think I will do some 'prospecting' around them. Cheers, RickO

Anybody ever find some old Coke bottles while digging? I mean like 1900 or earlier old.
