This camp was awesome. It was virgin when I found it, and has seen no activety save for a few ranch hands crossing it over it since the 1860's. There were Spencer casings laying on top of the ground.

    This stuff came from Colorado, the confederate buckle came from Virginia.

    That's funny how almost all the shell casings are smooshed almost all the same way.....?

    Holy cow! You must have dug all this over an extended period? That is a great collection. I'm more than slightly impressed. I'd be hammering that site over and over again. Thanks for sharing.
