Relics: blah blah blah but it looks like I got a blood stained Obama, I mean Carlos Marmol jersey.
The rest boring so I won't list it, nothing special a few victories, baseball icons ect. Now on to the good stuff:
The Calix Crabbe silk is 5/10 and the Delmon Young magenta printing plate I believe is 1/1. I was really hoping one of those would be Frank Thomas BunchOBull
So all in all, I am very happy with that box however the magenta plate was the only hit in the 3rd box I thought I was supposed to get at least 2? Oh well I will not complain about what I got

I can see it now. You rip the rest of the case, you end up with 3x as many relics/autos and gimmicks as you're supposed to get, but not that big hit you're lusting for. OR, you sell the rest and not only are the rest of the boxes just as loaded, but the last box yields dino dna.

Yeah now that I look at it I have been getting some pretty good boxes, I am not complaining but I am not sure if it is enough loot to be able to comfortably open the last 7. I assure you I will open 1 more but I am pretty sure I will sell the last 6.
edit to add: people always tell me my standards are way too high when it comes to women and I suppose it is the same with A&G. Hey who needs women when you have A&G!

Well, I finally had some extra $ and bought my first box of A&G this year. A Target retail blaster, 8 packs. Overall, pretty pleased. The highlight was a Joba framed auto and a black mini. Of course, now I'm fiending for more, lol.

That's my favorite part, the really slow thumbing through the base cards leading up to the grand finale of finding something awesome. Whenever I speed ahead to see what it is, it always turns out to be some turd card.

PS On a side note, the ~$15 that it has been selling for (or at least was selling for the last time I checked) does almost seem like a bargain. It doesn't seem to be coming up that often in retail like everyone thought they would. Any estimates as to how many were made?

I think its impossible to put a print run on a card like that. I opened about 2 cases of hobby and a boatload of retail: Got zero bazookas/25 and 4 NNOs/50.....BUT I hit 4 silks /10. It sure is mysterious.

This post is making me think...Where are all the bazookas and NNOs?? There are 25*350 Bazookas + 50*350 NNOs for a total of 26250. And there are only 10*350 = 3500 silks, 7.5 times harder to come by. Maybe I was just unlucky.

I remember thinking the heritage Alex Gordon was too high at 53 bucks on ebay...now you can't touch one for less than 125.00...you never know with the super short prints. Based on what I have seen on the boards the odds are more than 1 per case

Just opened 4 blasters. I'll post an updated trade list here in a bit. Highlight: F*kedome card. That's my 2nd one. Sold the first the day the product came out. Still no bazooka's which is shocking to me. I pulled a ton last year.

I usually do it from the back so I can see if it's an auto or a relic first... and because it feels better.

Yup, I believe that would be a blister pack. My Target is always stocked with all the issues that you mentioned (must be a lack of collector's in my area), so I'm good. I would say the A&G is the best value based on my Joba auto hit on my first blaster, lol.
