Does this Seated Half look PROOF ?

Probably scanned and messed up the look of the mirrors.

The rim looks like it could be PROOF

DLRC isn't known for their high quality photography. Tough to tell from the pic.
But the plastic says PR, so it must be.

i will argee that i think it has been dipped quite a few times.
it has that impaired luster look.

but i am just going by the pic. of course i can be dead wrong.

Yup, looks proof to me.

Surfaces look like they were brilliant, I don't see flow lines at all. Perhaps it was dipped at some point as was suggested above? Looks like some hairlines and the drab toning brought the grade down.
