Ok as promised I scanned my CWN card, I really like this set- once again the artwork is amazing! I messed up and scanned my beat up card of Uncle Bucks bring em back upside down..
Some Dick Tracy cards , originally issued in the 30's , these are some 50's reprints . My 1st encounter with this set , they have great charm , brilliant art & a super text on the back . I like them .
Hi Paul , Last days of vacations are always a bugger , back to the grind soon , i feel for you mate .
I drained a few myself this weekend , i suppose that's synchronicity eh .
Will post my scans from my subs when they arrive . In the meantime i've busied myself buying a few raw HOW's and some mid 1990's hobby boxes , a few Star Wars , a Frank Miller Sin City and the odd Joe Jusko fantasy . I haven't opened them though , i think i'll keep them sealed for the present .
I've seen a few Topps Football 1960's cards but to be honest i haven't the time to search for them (or the $'s at the moment ) , this bloody new kitchen and wedding ring is taking up a few of my valuable $/£/€'s ...ah well , happiness is just as important as a few cards ...i'll beleieve it if i repeat it enough

Hello to All ,

Scan of an old postcard from 1913 . I used to love a drink & a smoke .

Hello to All ,
Junes has been a slow month for me , not many pick ups . The recession must be kicking in .
Great to see a few posters realizing ' nice ' prices for the sets they've dedicated a lot of time & effort into (yes , i mean you Neil) .
My first pick up for Flaming June .
Thanks Mark, I am having a preliminary prob. with the Sale. Hope it is just my Jitters, need a little more time before I panic.
Neil

Hello to All ,
Why ain't there a neat card thread on the Sports page ...are they afraid to strut their stuff ?
Fair play not many non-sports show their latest cards .
