What about this ebay situation?

A seller has two BIN/best offer auctions, they are both PSA 10's of the same player, year. I think one of the PSA 10's looks better centered, so I make an offer on it and its accepted. Today I get the card and from the PSA serial number its the one I didn't make the offer on.
The weird thing is, several days ago a thread came up here about this seller and apparentley he has a bad reputation that I knew nothing about, although I thought his feedback score was good.
So if you're an ebay seller is it okay if you have two identically graded cards to send whichever one you want to send or should it be the one pictured in the auction?

I'd email him and let him know.

he is going to try and say that it shouldn't matter etc etc etc, but you know as well as I know that it does.
Afterall if you wanted the one he sent, you would have hit the BIN on that one.
Now unless he specifically states in his auction that he has multiples then he can send whatever he wants.
Had he done it that way he would not have had 2 auctions though.
Good luck getting this resolved.
Ebay, never a dull moment.

Moral of the story: you deserve to get what you pick and pay for.

WinPitcher is exactly right!
In "theory" there maybe shouldn't be any high end or low end PSA 10's, all should be "perfect", but in practise of course there are high end and low end 10's. Despite the fact that he didn't send the card you bid on which in itself is NOT okay to do...the card he sent is probably classified as a low end PSA 10 and the card you won is probably a high end PSA 10 and definitely worth more money than the card he sent. Yes...Demand that he send you the card you won!

In the end, it's all about principle and letting these shady sellers know that we won't stand idly by and accept their crooked conduct.
