Cheap silver

Why can't I buy more silver eagles if the silver price is dropping so much. Everyone should be glad to sell them but the dealers probably are stuck with coins they bought north of $20 and won't part with them.....image

    I bought 5 today but the dealer was charging 3 over spot. But they were the last 5 to complete my set so I fiqured whats a few extra bucks.
    They were charging 23 last friday so I guess i saved 9 bucks image
