Looking at the lack of luster, I would say NGC gave it a 63/64. It is a nice bold strike which is about right for Philly halves of that time period. If it is regraded, may go 65 but no higher IMOHO..........Rick

Since you ask here is the pic's of the slab sellers pic's. I dont why it didn't grade higher guess I'll have to wait to get it in handunless you all have suggestions.
