It looks like a 62 to me. Then again, a great many certified CC Morgans look one point worse to me than the grade on the label says.

While I see many coins like this in 63 holders (in both flavors), any I submit come back 62 or 61.

Not the greatest picture but...
I'm saying PCGS and NGC don't give it more than a 62. There is just WAY TOO MUCH chatter and friction on the obverse high points.
