Don`t mean to resurrect a three year old thread but why start a new one? Let`s hear more of your answers as it may have changed by now. Mine did. Updated to $2850 Quite a substantial amount for me considering the majority of average per coin value in my collection. Built up a nice chunk in my Paypal account from selling extra stuff that I really could live without which made it alot easier.
Actually I just broke my highest this past baltimore show, after getting back into picking up a few items for myself after 4 years, i found a seated quarter I had to have.
I'm not sure on the exact amount but it is in the $350-$400 range, most of my purchases are under $100. I've sold a few for more than that, though.
For anyone experiencing sticker shock (or wallet envy) while reading this thread, take it from me that it is possible to put together a unique and interesting on a modest budget.
