How many of you search for coins on the web and play online poker?

Just playing online poker today and winning other people's money like always, HEe,HEE!! see that's how I can afford to buy Gold coins and Platinum coins.

So how many of you play online poker and search the web for COINS.

I do and I know I am addicted but atleast I am not addicted to CRACK.

My wife did say on a few occassions that I'm like a Crack lover, but I only gamble and buy coins let's make that clear. She also tells me it's alright as long as the money keeps flowin into one our Bank accounts with no paper trail so we don't pay more taxes.

Last question what is the biggest hit while playing online poker?

I have won tens of thousands $$$'s in the last 5 to 6 years of playing but my biggest hit was a $2,388.00 pot playing $2$5 no limit. I had 4 aces and beat out 2 other people that went all in. One guy lost with a full house Q's over 10's and another dude out of Italy stayed in with three 6's on a all in pot that I won for $2,388.00 I have seen many $10,000+ pots go on a average on $10/$20 games, but I usally play $1/$2 holdem.

I do not play online poker.... I prefer the 'face to face' game... I read people very well. I have looked for coins on the web, but only purchase from trusted sites (vtcoins, RarecoinsofNew Hampshire, Cameo Coins).... Cheers, RickO

How does this hand play out in hold'em anyway?

    I do the same.

Pokerstars sit-n-gos while searching ebay/teletrade/heritage or reading this forum.

I suspect that some people drawn to the same hobby have similarly-wired brains/ similar interests.

Might be interesting to set up a poll.

    YaHa,
What name do you play under and at what site?
  • Pokerstars and Full Tilt, but not for real money. We used to play every month in person, I actually built a nice holdem table out of a cheap pool table from plans I found online for the face-to-face games.

Used to play before the Neteller fiasco. They tied up my funds for quite some time and finally released them a while back. I, like Ricko, prefer to play live when I can (ring and tournaments). Never had huge scores. A few thousand in a few different tournies here and there. The parallel between poker and coins? I have been interested in both since I was about five or six years old.

People that play online are morons. I have a lot of friends that open up their instant messangers and sit at the same table, usually 4-6 at any one table. They make sure they don't lose money as a group.

So, do you use AIM or ICQ? image

    Edited to add:

They make between $5,000-$10,000 a week as a group.

    Hand 1
    4 Aces

    Hand 2
    Qs/10s Full House

    Hand 3
    Three Sixes

I don't think that can happen in Texas Hold'em.

Very perceptive, I didn't catch that until you posted it!

So what you're saying is that every game at every table on every site is rigged? Hmmmm, so if I'm playing at a 6 player table 4 people there are out to get me!

    Yea Right...

It can't. That said though I play a lot as well and many times you don't (at least I don't) remember exactly what happened long after the fact... although I do tend to remember my bad beats better.. image

I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

I only play with play money, but I do it All The Time. I have found that I play much worse when looking for coins than when focusing on the cards. If I were to play with real money, I would not be free to multitask.

gambling is fun for a bit but gets very boring in the end, imho.

going to a casino, gambling online, or playing cards with friends just
bores the heck out of me.

maybe it is due to i understanding the math behind it. it holds no
    mystery to me.

i could write a program that would simulate a million hands and
    well, that also sounds boring.

  • Does buying raw coins on ebay count as gambling? I always look at it that way.

Sorry, I only lose money on coins online. Never tried the poker thing.

I did awhile back play games like bejeweled competitively. The more games you won the higher you ranked and the harder the competition, the more games you lost the easier your competition gets. Every game you win you get money, every game you lose you lose money.
