DON'T want to name him, but years ago when you could easily identify and contact other bidders, I established an agreement with my nemisis. If there was a program I wanted, I contacted him with my max bid...if he wanted that program alot, I would back off ( with reciprocation later)..if he didn't want it badly..he would let me have it at a low amount. Likewise, in reverse. In vintage AS and WS programs there are 4-5 same cast of characters, and getting #1 collector back off if I wanted one was very cool.
