Anyone ever see a PSA 10 OC before?
I thought there was no such thing and I don't see where this would be listed on the pop report, but the cert verification checks out. This seems weird to me.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one confused by this.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

It looks like the seller ended the auction early. Maybe someone made him an offer he couldn't refuse?
How can somebody reviewing this NOT notice the obvious problem? 10 OC? Has there EVER been one before? DING-DING-DING!
A simple "Hey boss, is this right?" would have done the trick, assuming the person doing the reviewing has any sort of common sense, training, and experience.
Guess not.
