Left: Struck on Eagle planchet of double weight
middle: High relief on normal planchet
right: high relief on thick planchet
Not sure about 2 & 3 tough...

Center: High relief
Right: High relief, wire rim

If I recall correctly, 1) mini double thickness 2) high relief; 3#) ultra high relief
