  • Very nice work Steve! Can you give me any info on the fireman's piece? At least, I think the piece on the right lower half is a fireman's badge of some kind?

    Very nice display... Cheers, RickO
  • Mary...If you're talking about the medal with the yellow and red ribbon, it is a nation Defense Service Medal from the US Army..The small one just above it has Greek writing on it, and I am not sure what it is....I need a bigger pic, maybe someone here can tell me...

I think she is referring to the medal directly beneath the vietnam Service medal
  • Ohhhhh....I'm have to admit I know nothing about that one.....It has French writing on it, but I do not know what it says. It came out of the ground in very good shape. The ones with ribbons, I got when I was in the Army.
  • Steve & Danny,

You two were cracking me up guessing which badge I was talking about. image I could have been more specific though, so don't feel too bad. (like either of you would lol)

The one that I'm curious about is in the top row, far right. It appears to be a fireman's cross, hanging from the main piece there are two small hanging bars.
