I know nothing about so called dollars so here is my question, Is this one? What makes a so-called dollar? Is this just a plain token of some sort? Just curious.

Frankly, the best definition I can think of is a piece listed in the H-K catalog, or, when new SCD catalogs are issued, listed in those.

These are part of a US History medal collection distributed by Longines-Wittnauer in the early 70s. My Dad worked for Westinghouse Electric, which at the time owned Longines-Wittnauer. My Dad gave me a complete set which is somewhere in the house. I have not seen them in years. They are sterling silver and most probably worth no more than melt.
