I've always wanted one of those early 80's counterfeits that had the word "counterfeit" stamped on the back.

How is a Pete Rose auto even worth 5 bucks?

He's basically spent the last 15 years of his life signing crap non-stop
so he'd have more money to piss away gambling. How many Rose autos are out there? A hundred thousand? More?

I've got 2 or 3 of those Rose counterfeits with the stamps on the back...Also have a very nice fake Jordan RC and Gretzky RC...they were part of a huge collection I purchased a few years ago...when I first found the Gretzky in one of the boxes I thought I had hit the jackpot as it looked like a solid PSA 9...but subsequently determined it was fake (by checking the archives on this board by the way). I use them now to show other collectors just to see their reaction...then I tell them...

He's basically spent the last 15 years of his life signing crap non-stop- Are we talking about Pete Rose or Mr. Bob Feller?

I used to own one. It was fun to have that sitting on the top of my box of rookies and stars that I would carry around at shows for trading. Dealer's eyes would light up and they'd get out of their chairs quickly until they turned it around. But, it got them looking at my other cards. image
