Patriots already have a "19-0" book coming out and parade route planned.

You can pre-order their book on the "perfect season" now on Amazon. Methinks this is bad karma.

Nice try. Patriots, 41-17.
I'm sure there was a good deal of hubris when NYY was up 3-0 on Boston in 2004.

In my various softball leagues guys would talk BS and get bit there too.
Thank God the Patsies did this, now the G-Men are really looking good. I also hope Shockey stays away too as they are 3 and 0 with him not there.

Network the very next day will be selling sweat shirts, books or something to do with whoever wins the game.
Sports Illustrated has probably already gotten all of the footage of both teams for the commemorative/subscription offer DVD of the past
season and playoffs for both teams all ready and are just waiting to add the superbowl highlights.
I don't doubt that you heard this but where is your source?
I'm searching Amazon and the only book that came up with keywords (perfect season patriots [not in quotes]) was a book from 2005.
Amazon Search Link
Even doing just a basic search with "patriots" still came up with nothing recent: Link
The only news I could find was the following site (link) but when you click their news link, it takes you to a "Page not found" : linkypoo
So if you could provide a link to the book, I would greatly appreciate it.
Personally, I see the Pats steamrolling the Gmen. It will be 21-0 before anyone blinks.

Patriots view the whole thing with a good dose of sarcasm. And 90% of the book will just be a collection of articles from the Globe already printed from the past year. The New York Post is offering the same exact service, though likely not being pushed as hard this week
When the Red Sox won the World Series they had such a same book format (though $7.99 not $14.95) within two days
Same applies for the parade route. How could anyone put something like that together on perhaps less than 24-hour notice. Someone in New York is considering the logistics
Also, both cities have to plan parades in advance in case their team wins, New York is doing the same...
